Property in Morocco · Moroccans abroad
High-speed rail, ports, the 2030 World Cup: the Kingdom is living through a decade of major projects. For Moroccans around the world, now is the time to build wealth back home, with method, and without having to travel for every step.
La mosquée Hassan II à CasablancaWhy Morocco
Morocco is co-hosting the 2030 World Cup with Spain and Portugal. With that horizon in view, the country is accelerating its infrastructure: transport, stadiums, hospitality, urban development.
The Tanger Med port, the high-speed line between Tangier and Casablanca and its extension towards Marrakech, and the new districts of Casablanca and Rabat are redrawing the map of the cities in transformation.
For Moroccans abroad, investing back home also means building family wealth, in a framework they know, with a secure land title.
The cities
The economic capital. Rental demand driven by jobs, business districts and a waterfront in transformation.
The administrative capital, green and calm, with major urban projects along the Bouregreg.
The gateway to Europe, driven by the Tanger Med port and the high-speed line.
The city of tourism and second homes, an international address.
The buying journey
New or existing, apartment or villa: we start from your objective, a family home, rental income or both.
Land title, legal status of the property, permits for new-build projects. The ownership certificate is requested from the Land Registry.
A preliminary sale agreement sets the terms, then the final deed is signed before a notary. From abroad, a power of attorney lets you sign without travelling.
The notary registers the deed and records your ownership at the Land Registry. You receive the title in your name.
For Moroccans abroad

Where do you live today?
FAQ
Yes. A power of attorney, drawn up before a notary or at the consulate, allows a representative to sign on your behalf. I guide you at every step and keep you informed.
Allow for registration duties (4% of the price for a home, under the General Tax Code), land registry fees according to the ANCFCC scale, and the notary's fees. The notary gives you the full breakdown before signing.
For an investment funded in foreign currency by a non-resident, exchange regulations provide for the transfer of the sale proceeds, under the conditions set by the Office des Changes. I refer you to a qualified adviser for your situation.
Because I compare several projects, check the legal framework and look after your interests. You keep an independent point of contact who speaks your language, from the choice of property to the handover.
