What a real estate agency is in Dubai

A Dubai real estate agency is a company holding a brokerage trade licence, registered with RERA, the regulator attached to the Dubai Land Department. Registration gives it a public number, the ORN. Each agent holds a personal card, the BRN, and can only work under a licensed agency's ORN. Every listing must carry a DLD permit. This framework does not depend on the founders' nationality; it protects every buyer the same way.

A Dubai agency, co-founded by a Moroccan

Cevitas Real Estate is a UAE company based in Dubai. What makes it « Moroccan » for many of our clients is its story: I co-founded and run it, and I was born in Morocco. We take time to explain to the whole family, we speak Darija around the table, and we know the questions a Moroccan buyer asks before they ask them, including the Office des Changes rules for residents of Morocco.

You have one contact, me, and a team behind for viewings, documents and follow-up.

What the agency does for you

A brokerage handles every step of a transaction, without ever receiving the purchase price:

  • Off-plan: project and unit selection, RERA registration and escrow checks, contract review, Oqood registration.
  • Ready property: seller's title check, RERA Form F, transfer at a DLD-registered trustee office.
  • Leasing, if you wish: tenant search and an Ejari-registered lease.
  • Resale: valuation from registered transactions, listing agreement, follow-up to transfer.
  • Golden Visa: eligibility of the property and payment method checked before booking.

How to verify a Dubai agency

Run these checks on us as on any other agency:
