Moroccans abroad

Invest in Dubai, wherever you live.

You live in Europe, Canada or the Gulf, and you want a solid asset you can pass on, with an adviser who speaks your language. I am Moroccan and I live in Dubai: this is exactly what I do.

What I understand

Investing from afar is first a matter of trust.

You want to know who signs, where the money goes, and who will be there if something goes wrong. You also want to be understood: your family, your country of residence, your constraints.

My principle is simple: everything is in writing, everything can be verified, and you have a single point of contact, in Darija, French, Arabic or English, from the first conversation to the handover of the keys.

  • Advice in your language
  • A fully remote purchase
  • Official documents at every step

The journey

Simple, even from afar.

  1. 01

    A first conversation

We set out your objective: rental income, a home, retirement, passing wealth on. And your framework: country of residence, budget, timeline.

  2. 02

    A reasoned selection

Only a few properties, each with its total cost, its payment plan and an exit scenario.

  3. 03

    A well-framed purchase

Online booking and signing, payments into the project account, registration with the Dubai Land Department.

  4. 04

    Long-term support

Construction progress in pictures, handover of the keys, letting, resale.

Your questions

What we settle together.

In Dubai

  • Freehold ownership in the areas open to foreigners
  • Payments from your bank, in your currency
  • Letting and management after handover

In your country

  • Declaring the property under your tax rules
  • Referral to a tax adviser in your country
  • Documents ready for your bank

In Morocco

Wherever you live

Your country, your path.

Investing in Dubai and Morocco is not prepared the same way from London, Brussels, Montreal or Doha. Choose your country of residence.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I live in the UK: can I buy in Dubai?

Yes. Your Moroccan nationality or your country of residence does not prevent you from buying freehold property in the areas of Dubai open to foreigners. Everything can be done remotely.

Do I need to declare a property located in Dubai?

It depends on your country of residence. Income from a property abroad falls under your country's tax rules and the treaties between the countries concerned. I refer you to a tax adviser in your country.

Do I need a UAE bank account?

No, not to buy. It can be useful later to receive rent, but it is not required.

Can you help me with a project in Morocco?

For new-build developments in Morocco, I refer you to Abraj, which markets property in Morocco. Together, we keep an overall view of your wealth.
