A French-speaking real estate agency in Dubai

You want a Dubai agency that works in French, from the first call to the keys. I am Ahmed Benjas, a Moroccan real estate agent in Dubai, co-founder & CEO of Cevitas Real Estate, a RERA-licensed brokerage (ORN 49294). Here is what a French-speaking agency should give you and how to verify us. To know me: my Moroccan RERA broker profile.

Who guides you

French-speaking, end to end.

A French-speaking agency is not an agency with « someone who speaks French ». It is one where your main contact explains everything in French: the project, the contract, the fees, the instalments and what happens if something changes.

At Cevitas Real Estate, that contact is me. I was born in Morocco, spent more than twenty years in finance, and work in French, Darija, Arabic and English. With my team we have handled AED 200M+ in transactions.

What a French-speaking agency should give you

Official Dubai documents are in English and Arabic. Language does not change the law, but it changes your understanding of it:

  • One contact in French, from the first call to handover.
  • Every document read in French before signature: delay clauses, penalties, resale conditions, fees.
  • Written summaries after each step, for your family or tax adviser.
  • Video viewings commented in French if you buy remotely.

Cevitas Real Estate: licensed, led in French

Cevitas Real Estate is a UAE brokerage based in Dubai and registered with RERA under ORN 49294. I co-founded and run it; my broker card is BRN 83239. We handle off-plan purchases, ready properties, leasing and resale. The agency never receives the purchase price: off-plan payments go to the project's escrow account, and ready-property payments follow the Dubai Land Department transfer procedure.

Fees and checks

Off-plan, the agency commission is paid by the developer. On resale it is usually 2% of the price, written before you commit. Government fees include 4% to the DLD. Before anything, check:
