I start with the official figures. The Dubai Land Department registered 158 off-plan sales between May and mid-October 2026, at a median of AED 1.64M for a 1-bedroom, AED 2.72M for a 2-bedroom and AED 3.76M for a 3-bedroom. The 2 and 3-bedroom homes therefore clear the AED 2M Golden Visa threshold.
For families it is one of the most complete projects on the market: 14 amenities (infinity pool, theatre, co-working, spa, kids' and teens' lounges), a nursery and clinic on the podium and a planned international school in the community.
