The developer, Chaimaa Holding, is a Moroccan group present in the UAE since 2015, with Chaimaa Premiere, Chaimaa Avenue I and II and Elegance in Dubai. For many of my Moroccan clients it is a familiar name, which makes a decision from abroad easier.
