My background
Ahmed Benjas.
I was born in Morocco. My career began in finance, where I spent more than twenty years analysing assets, cash flows and risks. That is the perspective I brought to real estate.
Based in Dubai, I founded Cevitas Real Estate, a RERA-licensed brokerage. I also founded Sofara, the network of ambassadors who introduce buyers to Cevitas.
Every week, in French and Arabic, I share what I see on the ground. This site brings together my method, my insights and how to work with me.
