Priority list open

Sorrento is the new apartment district of DAMAC Lagoons in Dubailand: 673 units across five buildings, including 360 studios, 306 one-bedroom apartments and a few ground-floor shops. Until now the community was mostly villas and townhouses; Sorrento opens it to studios and one-bedrooms.

DAMAC Properties has not yet published the price list or the payment plan. According to the project's registration with the Dubai Land Department, construction started in July 2026 and handover is expected in January 2030. I can add you to the priority list so you receive prices, plan and floor plans as soon as they are released.

Residents enjoy the DAMAC Lagoons amenities: lagoons, sandy beaches, a wave pool, a lazy river, a floating cinema and a beach club. The community runs along Hessa Street, opposite DAMAC Hills; Expo City is 18 minutes away, Downtown Dubai and DXB airport 30 minutes.
